The paint surface is lubricated and easy to clean, similar to enamel. Curing at room temperature, it can be used after one week of coating, or it can be cured by heating. Coatings have excellent properties such as water resistance, alcohol resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, oxidation resistance to media, and resistance to temperature difference replacement.



A stable and sustainable beer barrel project is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The raw materials for wine barrel containers are mainly divided into two categories: metal and non-metal. Metal is mainly carbon steel, while non-metal materials mainly include cement mortar, concrete, ceramics, coatings, fiberglass, acid resistant bricks, etc.



Conventional ceramic cylinders and jars have small capacity and low production capacity; After using cement tanks, the production capacity can be increased, but the durability is poor, usually failing after 2-3 years; The anti-corrosion performance of fiberglass or acid resistant bricks has been improved, but their service life is only about 5 years; Beer barrels have good corrosion resistance, but they are expensive and not conducive to promotion.



Spraying epoxy on the inner wall of food containers on carbon steel or cement surfaces to produce beer barrels has good durability, low cost, meets food hygiene requirements, and will not have adverse effects on food. It is a shortcut for the industry to expand production capacity and reduce investment costs.



Edible foods, especially water, beverages, seasonings, alcoholic beverages, etc., are good solvents that have significant corrosiveness to their containers. If not treated with anti-corrosion measures, their inner walls will corrode, thereby contaminating drinking water or beverages. This not only causes adverse effects, but more seriously, if people drink contaminated water or beverages, it will harm their physical and mental health.



Therefore, the inner walls of beer barrels are often coated with acid resistant, oil resistant, and alkali resistant anti-corrosion coatings to ensure that beer meets drinking hygiene standards.



Currently, the inner wall coating of beer barrel containers mostly uses epoxy resin coating, and a combination of primer and topcoat is used. These coatings mostly use solvents. With the increasingly strict environmental regulations, the use of solvent based coatings is gradually restricted.



According to different measurement ranges, pressure gauges can be divided into vacuum pressure gauges, miniature pressure gauges, low pressure gauges, medium pressure gauges, and high pressure gauges. A vacuum pressure gauge is used to measure pressure values below atmospheric pressure; A vacuum pressure gauge is used to measure pressure values below or above atmospheric pressure; Micro pressure gauges are used to measure pressure values below 60000Pa; Low pressure gauge is used to measure pressure values between 0 and 6MPa; The medium pressure gauge is used to measure pressure values between 1060 MPa; High pressure gauges are used to measure pressure values exceeding 100MPa.



This pressure gauge can be divided into 25 types: pointer type and digital type. The shell of the shock resistant pressure gauge adopts a fully sealed structure, and the shell is filled with seismic oil (most of which are filled with silicone oil). It has a damping effect and can be used to measure vibrations or medium pressure (load) fluctuations in the working environment.



The pressure gauge with live contact control switch can realize the function of alarm or control alarm. The pressure gauge using long-distance transmission mechanism can provide electrical signals required by industry.



The isolator used on the membrane tester can isolate the measured medium from the instrument through the isolation diaphragm, thereby measuring the pressure of media with strong corrosion, high temperature, and easy crystallization.



The sensitive components of instruments are usually made of copper alloys, stainless steel, or special materials. Bourdontube tubes are divided into various shapes such as C-shaped tubes, spiral tubes, and spiral tubes. Cold work hardening materials are generally used for production pipes, which have high plasticity in the annealed state. After high-pressure processing, cold work hardening, and qualitative treatment, high elasticity and strength can be obtained. When subjected to pressure inside the cavity, the elasticity of the spring tube can easily convert the pressure into elastic displacement from the end of the spring tube. The range of the elastic tube is usually 0.1250MPa.



The diaphragm sensitive element is a circular diaphragm with ripples, which is located between two flanges. When welding, it can be welded to the flanges or its edges can be sandwiched between the flanges. One side of the diaphragm bears the pressure of the measured medium. In this way, the slight bending deformation generated by the diaphragm can be used to indirectly measure the pressure of the medium. The indicator represents the magnitude of pressure. The transmission force of the diaphragm is much greater than that of the Bourdon tube. Because the diaphragm is fixed on the edge, its seismic performance is better. Diaphragm gauges can achieve high overpressure.



The protective film can also cover a protective layer to enhance its corrosion resistance. By using open flange, water washing method, aperture and other measurement methods, the diaphragm meter can measure the high viscosity, dirt and crystallization of the medium. The pressure measurement range of the diaphragm gauge is 1600 Pa and 2.5 MPa. The sensitive element of the diaphragm box is composed of two circular cross-section diaphragms connected together. The pressure of the measured medium acts and deforms in the sealed chamber, which can be used to indirectly measure the pressure of the medium. Use pointers to display pressure values. The bellows pressure gauge is usually used to measure the micro pressure of gas and has a certain degree of overpressure protection. After stacking various sensitive components in a container, they will generate a large amount of transmitted force, thereby measuring smaller pressures.
